Six Ways to Enjoy Rhubarb this Season

Rhubarb!!

Whenever I see the lovely pink stalks being sold in the grocery store, I scratch my head. Having a patch of homegrown rhubarb in your backyard is just the norm among most of my family and neighbors. The sour, tart taste is perfect for just about any desert, or even stir-fry or salad dressing. The plants are low maintenance and fast growing. You can get your rhubarb into soil this summer, and have a large patch by next spring!

We rounded up our favorite rhubarb recipes from our family blog, Just Add Cloth. If you have no idea what to make, start with some of these basics.
